Professional Fees

Our professional fee is 6.5% + GST calculated on the sale price of the business or our Minimum Fee of $15,000 + GST whichever is greater. Businesses under 100k Minimum Fee of $10,000 + GST

Marketing Fees

Our comprehensive business sale marketing packages start from $2,990 + GST and include:

  • Premium listings on leading business-for-sale websites

  • High-quality photography

  • Professional content creation tailored to attract serious buyers

Legal & Admin Fees

We offer some of the lowest administration fees in South Australia:

  • $695 + GST payable upon successful sale or at the end of the agency term

  • Business Sale Contract: $500 – $1,200 + GST (approx)
